We’ve streamlined our rental application process to make securing your new home simple and efficient.
HOW THE RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS
Step 1: Enquire
Select the rental unit you are interested in under the Rentals tab and complete the “Contact Me”
form. One of our agents will be in touch to guide you through the application process.
Step 2: Apply
If you meet the basic affordability criteria, you will be asked to complete our rental application form
and submit the required documents – see below:
Monthly / Commission / Weekly Earners:
- Copy of ID (all applicants and occupants over 18)
- Foreign Nationals: Passport & work permit
- Proof of address
- Verified SARS tax number
- Salary advice (3 months for monthly, 6 months for commission/weekly earners)
- Stamped bank statements (same periods as above)
Company Applicants:
- Directors’ ID copies & occupants’ IDs
- Proof of company and directors’ addresses
- SARS tax number
- Company registration documents & resolution for lease
- Latest financial statements
- Stamped bank statements (6 months)
Self-Employed:
- Copy of ID (all applicants and occupants >18)
- Foreign Nationals: Passport & work permit
- Proof of address
- SARS tax number
- Proof of income (letter from accountant and/or latest management account)
- Stamped bank statements (6 months)
Step 3: Screening
We conduct credit vetting and affordability checks, and will let you know if we require
additional details.
Step 4: Approval & Viewing
Once your application is approved, your agent will arrange a viewing and finalise the process to
secure your new rental home.
